Exchange & Return Policy

At Dandycut, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet the applicable exchange conditions below, we are here to help.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our exchange requirements.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• The product must not have been washed, altered, damaged, or stained.
• Items must be returned with the original invoice or order details.
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items Eligible for Exchange

We may accept exchanges for:

• Incorrect items sent by Dandycut
• Damaged or defective items received
• Incorrect size, where size exchange is available
• Items that do not match the ordered product due to a packing error

Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

For hygiene, quality, and product-specific reasons, certain items may not be eligible for exchange or return, including:

• Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged products
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Customized or altered items
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Unstitched fabric: Once fabric has been cut, altered, washed, or otherwise processed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request an Exchange

Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide:

1. Your order number
2. Your name and contact number
3. Reason for the exchange
4. Clear photographs or video of the product, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.

Return Shipping

If the item was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged/defective, Dandycut may cover the applicable return shipping cost after verification.

For exchanges requested due to a change of mind, size preference, or other customer-related reasons, return and redelivery charges may apply.

Refunds

If an approved return qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed according to the payment method and applicable refund procedure.

For Cash on Delivery orders, additional information may be required to process an eligible refund.

Important Note

Colors may appear slightly different due to photography, lighting, screen settings, and device displays. Minor variations in fabric texture, embroidery, or print may also occur and do not necessarily qualify as a defect.

Dandycut reserves the right to inspect returned products and determine whether they meet the conditions of this policy.
